Martin O’Rourke
Founder
Martin was formerly the Managing Director of Bupa Ireland, Deputy CEO of VHI, Board member of Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin and Gaisce and Chairman of Cuan Mhuire.
He served on boards of health insurance companies and commercial enterprises.
He is an Accountant and business consultant.
Bronagh Twomey
Marketing Director
Bronagh has over twenty years experience in senior marketing positions. She was formerly Group Head of Marketing for FBD Insurance plc and Marketing Director of BUPA Ireland. She has extensive experience in launching new brands to market.
Bronagh went to Trinity College, Dublin where she studied Business, Economics and Social Studies and completed a post graduate Diploma in Marketing Practice in the UCD Smurfit School.
Ambrose Kealy
Ambrose has over 40 years experience in large organisations including; VHI Insurance, DAC ,Johnson and Johnson (J&J), Asahi, Cantrell & Cochrane.
He is a qualified Accountant and has extensive experience in compliance at a senior level.
He also sits on two boards in the charity sector.
Aonghus O’Rourke
Operations Director
Aonghus has over eight years broad commercial experience including Stockbroking in Wall Street, US (Empire Asset Management) and was responsible for setting up the OnePosting UK division.
Aonghus holds a BComm from UCD.

Pablo Juantegui (ESP)
Pablo is currently the Executive Chairman of Tele Pizza. He was previously the Bupa CEO for Europe and South America.
Pablo has extensive international business expertise working with Governments, raising funds, managing IPOs, leading major companies through reconstruction, as well as managing growth via acquisition and organically.
Dr Maxim Andronov (RUS)
Maxim currently is Director of Emerging Industries Investment with Sovereign Wealth Fund in Kazakhstan (RUS). Formerly Max held senior executive roles in Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and Private Holdings in the CIS.
He has extensive experience in strategy, investment management, business transformation and launching start-ups.
Mark Bassett (GBR)
Mark is currently on assignment for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 programme for specific responsibility for healthcare strategies.
He has extensive international experience in healthcare management and policy having worked at a senior level for BUPA, UK Department of Health and the World Bank.
